TF31003: Your user account does not have permission to connect to the Team Foundation Server http://server:8080

I am working on a migration from TFS2005 to TFS2008 with this tool. I did migration on test server succesfully. Now while creating session for migration for production I am facing the following problem,

While creating session for migration of version control, I checked on "Use Stored Credentials"  and while entering credentials I mistakenly entered wrong password and got the message "TF31003: Your user account does not have permission to connect to the Team Foundation Server http://server:8080". Now I know the correct password but tool is not allowing me to enter the correct password as it stores the user credential persistently on TFS server (I assume) and I am not able to connect to server.

Please suggest as I restared the machin on which I installed Tool and even I re-installed the toll but nothing worked.

Can anobody tell me solution by which tool again prompt for the credential instaed of using stored credential ? I cannot restart my source TFS server.

For Time being I changed the password of my user credentials in order to login on source TFS machin, and successfully migrated my TFS 2005 to TFS 2008.

Observation : While migrating using this tool I obeserver the following points.

1.  If I use IPAddress of my source TFS (http://10.10.10.1:8080 instead of http://server:8080) in tool, it did not work.
2. I tried migration from third machine (Other then Source TFS and Destination TFS) I got the following errors (I tried this because I was not able to login into tool on destination TFS due to credential problem)
"TfsMigrationWindowsServiceHost.exe Information: 0 : VCSession_0: A local workspace is required.  Workspace TFS2TFSDest_0;TFSSetup does not reside on this computer."

Then finaly I struck with the idea of changing my actual credential  according to what I entered in tool  :(
And I performed the Migration with tool installed on Destination TFS server and succesfully and smoothly done with migration.

My Source TFS is single server and destination TFS is dual server configuration

If "Use Stored Credentials" is not checked it should use the credentials for the logged in user. If the logged on user has an account within TFS I would expect that you should have been able to set that option to false.

The error about the workspace probably means that the workspace name is already being used on the first PC you were using and that you would either need to change the name of the workspace for the second PC to use or delete the workspace.
